I’m Youssef Hishmat, founder and design lead at REV.
I work directly with every client from the first discovery conversation through strategy, design, development, and launch. This allows me to understand your business without passing information between account managers and departments.
My role includes understanding your goals, diagnosing website problems, shaping the sitemap and content structure, directing the user experience, and maintaining quality throughout development.
When a project requires more expertise, I bring in selected developers and specialists based on its scope. You still have one point of contact and one person accountable for the direction of the work.
